What You Will Get To Do:
- New Joiner Onboarding: Ensure new starters across UK and Europe are onboarded in line with internal policies/processes and regulatory guidance. Support payroll team with necessary data/documents for new hires.
- Processing Contractual Changes: Manage and execute various contractual changes, including transfers, promotions and work pattern adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence with company policies.
- Management of temporary workforce including starters, renewals and leavers
- Background Checks: Manage entire background checks process for new hires & active employees in line with internal policies/processes and regulatory guidance.
- Employment References: Provide timely and accurate employment references for former employees.
- Central Inbox/Ticket Management: Manage a central inbox/ticketing system, offering guidance on company policies and processes.
- HRIS Data Maintenance: Maintain and update data within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Audits: Support with evidence as per internal & external requirements & any other associated tasks
- Take up the projects & initiatives involving process streamlining, harmonization & automation, as required.
- Stay updated on local legal regulations across the EMEA region.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
What You Will Bring:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in New Hire Onboarding
- Strong experience on local legal regulations across the UK & EMEA region (will be added advantage) & stay updated
- Qualification: Management Graduate with specialization in Human Resources (Preferred)
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative when required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications & HRIS systems (Workday etc)
- Good knowledge on HR Operations such as payroll, offboarding etc. is preferred.
