What You’ll Do
As a Global Benefits Manager, you’ll manage the administration of the firm’s global health & welfare, retirement, pension and supplementary benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. In this role, you’ll use your project and people management skills to lead team members in all aspects of the administration of all U.S. and Non-U.S. employee benefit programs and manage the execution of annual employee open enrollment and renewal of global benefits programs.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications and relevant professional and/or military experience may be considered.
- 5 years of experience in benefits administration
- 2 years of experience working with Global (Non-U.S.) benefit programs required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- PHR, SPHR or CEBS designation preferred.
- Experience with leave of absence administration required.
