Your Future Team
The M&A Integrations Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the M&A Integration Leads to ensure new advisor practices joining Hightower are prepared to operate and succeed on the Hightower platform. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless integration for the new advisor practices to the Hightower community. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Financial Advisor within an advisor practice and have genuine curiosity and desire to solve problems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage integration project plans in Asana – working with corporate subject matter experts and the new advisor teams
- Use RIA experience to help with change management for incoming advisor teams
- Collaborate with Hightower subject matter experts to identify operational aspects of the new practice that require special attention and incorporate in the project plans
- Support the M&A Integration Lead in creating operational best practice playbooks
- Track key KPIs to ensure success including – Advisor platform readiness, platform usage and adoption, and pre vs post close processing performance
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an operational, client facing role, for an RIA, preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
