The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is a mid-career position, responsible for client-facing tasks using advanced skills in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance. This role involves supporting client relationships, developing strategies, and executing insurance programs, working with a Producer and Client Advocate in our Healthcare and Life Sciences Division. The ACA manages client service activities and engagement, coordinating daily with a Client Specialist in our Global Service Delivery (GSD) Team. As the main contact for service, escalation, and placement needs, the ACA understands the client's business and industry, helping to maximize profitability and support new business efforts. The ACA’s main goal is to provide an excellent client experience, focusing on direct engagement and retention. This includes working with sales and broking teams to understand market changes, creating and delivering presentations/proposals, responding to RFPs, and attending presentations as needed.

The Role - Retain a moderately complex book of business while developing and strengthening client relationships.
- Identify, engage, and integrate all WTW internal resources to deliver exceptional client experience.
- Provide direct or supporting strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, monitoring insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resource, practice, and industry groups.
- Recommend appropriate solutions throughout the policy term, including acquisition due diligence.
- Maximize the profitability of client accounts and drive retention of business.
- Collaborate with the Client Advocate to actively expand existing client relationships and support new business prospecting.
- Work with client teams during internal and external strategy meetings.
- Engage with sales and broking teams to understand marketplace changes.
- Support fee/compensation agreements and overall client invoicing processes.
- Support defensive RFP responses.
- Aid in the design and delivery of comprehensive client presentations/proposals, advocacy reports, service plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate the renewal process to establish and implement client-specific renewal strategies, collaborating with WTW resources and industry groups to develop and deliver renewals to clients.
- Ensure all policy requirements (legal, regulatory, and compliance) are met.
- Manage client-level coordination and all service delivery activities (GSD).
- Engage service liaisons (Subject Matter Experts or Client Operations Specialists) on escalations.
- Gather and receive all client information in collaboration with the Client Specialist.
- Oversee all service delivery activities, including audits, policy reviews, resolving accounting issues, managing aged receivables and bad debt, surplus lines affidavits, client invoicing, and issuance of certificates of insurance and auto identification cards.
