Your Team's Impact
The CUSIP Licensing Renewals & Sales Development Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing Salesforce Renewal efficiency by managing all aspects of renewal activities and downstream revenue streams connected to 3rd party partnerships. This position also supports the distribution sales team by engaging in client calls, contributing to business closure, understanding distribution processes, and providing client support. It aims to strengthen financial outcomes across the business by improving the capture and reporting of 3rd party revenue streams. This unique role offers collaboration with internal stakeholders, providing hands-on exposure to the financial services industry and acting as a key contributor to client base growth and retention. Working closely with senior business leaders and sales professionals, the analyst will be part of a dynamic team, gaining insights into data-driven sales operations and positioning themselves for future growth within sales, operations, or business strategy functions.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all contract renewals and associated activities within Salesforce
- Update and manage the distribution list for monthly termination notices
- Monitor and maintain the database of all 3rd party partnership requirements
- Assist in obtaining and verifying required royalty reporting from partners
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve renewal and reporting workflows
- Support the distribution sales team by collecting royalties and partner-reported data
- Contribute to the sales cycle by preparing materials and supporting account follow-up
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, sales, or related fields, with familiarity in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization)

The budgeted salary range for this position in the state of New York is $85,000 - $110,000
