Broadridge is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee the delivery of contracted services to our clients, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, promoting our capabilities, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to deliver exceptional service and support.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of contracted services to clients in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain control over project timelines, risks, scope, and budget.
Ensure operational teams and partners fully understand client expectations.
Provide day-to-day client support and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Promote Broadridge capabilities and identify sales opportunities for account managers.
Support contract extensions or additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
Implement consistent processes for tracking service metrics and reporting.
Solve straightforward problems using standard procedures and technical expertise.
Provide informal guidance to new team members as needed.
Apply knowledge of Broadridge systems, clients, and industry best practices to daily work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a related client-facing role.
Strong understanding of service delivery, client management, and performance metrics.
Ability to analyze problems, evaluate solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing client expectations and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
Ability to work independently while receiving moderate guidance.
Salary range $65,000.00-$75,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
