As a member of the Marketing & Client Services Operations team, you will have critical interaction with all members of the team in supporting new business and servicing existing clients. You will be responsible for keeping databases up to date, both internal and external, completing RFPs/DDQs and responding to a variety of client/prospect support requests to help grow our business. This role will report directly to the Manager of Business Development & Client Services Operations.
Responsibilities:
Language and Database Maintenance
- Categorize and coordinate responses in the RFP management system (Responsive) to ensure efficient tracking, organization, and timely updates with judgment.
- Coordinate with RFP management and subject matter experts throughout the firm to ensure ongoing maintenance of standard language.
- Maintain the qualitative sections of consultant databases, ensuring consistency with answers in the RFP database and completeness of consultant profiles.
Proposal Writing, Reporting, and Projects
- Proactively address Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), including all corresponding documentation, meeting assigned deadlines.
- Complete all assigned recurring client reporting and ad hoc client/prospect requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Complete ad hoc projects to support business development, client services, and the Marketing Operations team as requested.

Note: We are currently working in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will also have an additional 15 days of remote flexibility annually that can be used at your discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of investments and financial products.
- Experience with Responsive or similar proposal management software.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
The actual base salary may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, location, work experience, education, training, skill level, and market conditions. At Pzena Investment Management, base salary is just one component of the total compensation, which may include, year-end discretionary bonus and employee benefits.
