Client Solutions Group
Bridge’s Client Solutions Group (CSG) works directly with some of the largest and most sophisticated investors in the world including major wealth platforms, registered investment advisors, independent broker dealers and US and International institutions. The team is responsible for raising capital across Bridge’s investment verticals, managing communications with current and prospective investors, and marketing the firm and its strategies.
Head of Bridge Wealth Solutions
Bridge Investment Group is seeking to hire a “Head of Wealth Solutions” in a player-coach role to both drive individual fundraising success across the Wealth channel and to build out and manage a high performing, commercially successful Wealth team that distributes Bridge’s suite of Real Estate products.
This individual will be the Bridge senior-level representative commercializing business with key strategic Wealth National Accounts, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Independent Broker Dealers (IBD), OCIOs and TAMPs, while also hiring and managing additional members of the team and implementing the group’s strategy and execution to achieve growth targets. Ultimately, the primary responsibility is to drive fundraising results across Bridge’s wealth-oriented real estate product suite to capture significant market share and AUM in the wealth segment.
The Head of Wealth Solutions will sit within Bridge’s Client Solutions Group while having a dotted line reporting structure and day-to-day coordination with the Heads of Apollo’s U.S. Wealth Management and RIA teams. This individual will have a deep, consistent track record of driving commercial outcomes, paired with key senior-level relationships across the Wealth channel.
The Head of Wealth Solutions will champion the continual growth of the firm’s real estate market share by supporting all aspects of the sales cycle with the objective of closing and retaining business, while also possessing deep managerial skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team to drive results. This includes partnering with the investment organization at Bridge and Apollo to communicate and provide detailed technical expertise on real estate investment strategies and how such strategies can be implemented within client firm platforms and models. The Head of Wealth Solutions will work closely with key distributors, platform specialists, research and due diligence personnel at target firms with direct coverage responsibilities while supporting the rest of the sales team with their targets.
Specific requirements include:
- Drive fundraising across Bridge Investment Group’s real estate product suite, including select Apollo-branded real estate wealth products, as a player/coach, with both individual and team-based fundraising objectives.
- Build out and manage high-functioning, efficient, national sales team with key targets, metrics, and delineated coverage territories to drive collective success and capture significant AUM and market share.
- Collaborate closely with Bridge and Apollo constituents to cultivate a deep understanding of investment approach in order to represent all facets of real estate products internally and externally.
- Position real estate strategies in a highly commercial and impactful manner across the spectrum of Wealth clients, and support and train sales team in doing so as well.
- Develop and deliver investment, market, and business communications to existing and prospective clients in one-on-one, small group, and large audience presentations, while also serving as the senior-level “closer” to monetize business.
- Provide updates on overall financial market performance, research and economic trends, and the investment outlook for real estate as articulated by Bridge and Apollo.
- Act as a spokesperson for the investment teams with the ability to present a deep understanding of the investment process and market outlook and serve as strong advocate for Bridge and Apollo and their product suites.
- Hire and oversee a range of talent within Bridge Wealth Solutions and motivate the team to achieve strong results and meet its targets.
- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Management, CPMs, etc. to ensure impactful marketing materials are being created to reach prospects/clients and to implement sales campaigns.
- Manage and train team (direct and indirect) to become self-sufficient in positioning and messaging within the context of typical customer forms of interaction (e.g., one-on-one, short phone call, etc.).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years working in financial services with prior experience in the management of a sales team, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Significant relationships with key decision makers in the Wealth National Account, RIA and IBD channels, with a proven track record of raising assets.
- Strong investment and alternatives acumen; experience in real estate preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to a team focused approach to achieving individual, group, and business goals and strong ability to communicate results and coordinate with multiple constituents.
- Sales and relationship-building acumen – ability to influence senior-level decision makers at point of sale.
- Strategic initiative and mindset to devise and execute business plan and strategy for the Wealth business, in close collaboration with leadership of Bridge Client Solutions Group and Apollo’s Wealth and RIA teams.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, to be able to manage complex, geographically diverse salesforce and maintain consistency, accountability, and results orientation across the group while hiring, nurturing and retaining talent
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations, such as prioritizing multiple tasks with critical target dates, dealing with demanding customers and participating in discussions with limited preparation time.
- Must be able to cite examples from work experience on identifying complex problems, quantifying the problem, and providing resolutions to solve.
- Cite examples of independent decision-making and initiative as well as a strategic mindset in building out and growing a business or business line with specific P&L targets.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a finance or real estate-related field.
- Working knowledge of database and web-based applications.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 Licenses required (24 may be required)
- Preference for investment industry designations (e.g., CFA, CIMA, CFP, CAIA).
Compensation Details
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in New York, NY is $250k to $350k per year. The hired applicant will also be eligible for an annualperformance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
