Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Representative located in Cairo, Egypt with some work-from-home opportunities. The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and delivering sales training sessions. The role involves both direct sales activities and the development of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Customer service orientation and ability to maintain client relationships
- Proven track record in sales and ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in providing training and supporting team members
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
