Role Summary
Performing and improvingday-to-day cash management and data related activities in NL Service centre for the firm’s operations outside US (EMEA, Far East and South America).
Key Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to:
General tasks related to cash management; initiating, monitoring and managing payments and cash flows
Data management and use of Treasury Management System (Kyriba)
Build and maintain data reports in various applications
Manage information exchange between data processing systems (Kyriba, AFAS, Data Warehouse)
Active contribution to improvements in cash/data processes
Maintenance of bank accounts structures and electronic banking
Communicate with various banks regarding accounts and/or payments
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 2 - years of relevant experience in an Accounting and/or Treasury Role
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Skilled with data applications and data processing
Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail
Familiarity with banking and treasury systems is an advantage
A proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills
Service minded and enthusiastic with a high sense of responsibility and commitment to learning
Fluent in English (and preferably also Dutch) both oral and written
Flexible in tasks and working hours
Right to Work in The Netherlands, resident in the Netherlands
