Job Summary:
The CRM & Sales Enablement Associate will play a key role in advancing asset management distribution strategies through the effective use of technology and the client data warehouse. This entry-level, hybrid business-technology position requires strong analytical and technical capabilities to support and enhance data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.
This role involves developing analytical models (SQL, Python, R), building interactive visualizations (Power BI, Salesforce), and administering CRM and data workflows. The Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and business requirements are clearly defined and met. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for analytics, CRM, and data processes.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Perform data analysis using internal and external sources; develop reusable models using SQL and advanced analytics tools (Python, R).
- Create scalable and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Support daily operations of the Sales Enablement team, including CRM configuration, reporting, and third-party fund data integration.
- Maintain and enhance interfaces between the data warehouse, CRM, and other internal systems.
- Develop and maintain technical and business-facing documentation.
- Provide impact assessments and actionable recommendations based on system or data issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- 1 – 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, and R; familiarity with PowerQuery and Salesforce a plus.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on time.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively across departments.
