About The Team & Business Line
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Loan Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan agency administrative functions and documentation preparation.
Your Role
- You will work with Global Head of Loan Services to develop global strategy for offerings and line of business for North America, including coordination with Head of Operations to ensure that product line is and continue to be supported in an optimized model.
- Develop and oversee critical projects that produce cost and production efficiencies
- Manage client relationships of Citco loan clients based in NA region
- Maintain the management and support of loan client interactions and responsibilities that must sit separately under the bank structure
- Support the profitability model for department
- Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner
- Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables
- Act as an escalation contact for clients
- Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity
- Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and conduct interviews and performance evaluations
- Liaise and coordinate with Integration Team on onboarding of new loan clients
- Support Loans Risk Management and Loan Operations to document, solve for inherent and residual potential operational risks
- Monitor jurisdictional exposure and work with Compliance to ensure maintenance of proper registry and solve regulatory implications
- Support QC and Risk management in their work to ensure favorable audit outcomes
- Manage regional headcount and budget tracking
- Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business
- Any other functions required as part of the business of the Company
- Responsible for maintenance of servicer and industry standards and ratings
About You
- You have 10-15+ Years in Financial Services with a primary focus on loan service, CLO operations and support or other structured loan product support.
- Product knowledge of Primary & Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par & Distressed) as well as some experience with privately negotiated loans and structured products, master servicer operations is a plus
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Significant management and leadership experience
- Strong Client Relationship skills
- Ability to learn new platforms and source information from numerous systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization
- A proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
Salary Range: $160,000 - 226,000
