Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner & Field Marketing Programs to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that empower our field and channel partners. This individual will report to the AVP, B2C Customer Engagement & Marketing Operations and will be responsible for creating and managing scalable marketing programs, campaigns, and materials designed to enhance partner effectiveness, increase product adoption, and drive long-term customer engagement and loyalty.
As a senior leader, this role will work cross-functionally with sales, product, digital marketing, and marketing technology teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in developing the overarching omni-channel marketing strategy for scalable campaigns and assets across four business lines on a distributive marketing platform. This platform will enable field partners to efficiently customize and deploy marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and enhanced partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the overall partner and field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and revenue growth objectives.
- Marketing Program Development: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and content that equip partners to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner Enablement & Engagement: Establish scalable marketing frameworks, tools, and resources that empower advisors, brokers, and field teams to effectively promote our products and services.
- Customer-Centric Marketing: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer enrollment, product adoption, and long-term loyalty through partner-driven initiatives.
- Scalable Marketing Technology & Automation: Collaborate with the marketing technology team to develop a new platform that allows field partners to customize and deploy marketing campaigns and assets efficiently across four business lines. Ensure platform adoption and optimization.
- Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership in the retirement and insurance industry through targeted partner marketing efforts.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze marketing program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve partner engagement, and maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between marketing, sales, product, and digital teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on business priorities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retirement, insurance, or financial services industry. Experience in partner, field, or channel marketing is required.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with distributed marketing technology to enable scalable campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
