The Marketing RFP Data Content Analyst role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in Global Marketing and throughout Loomis Sayles to develop knowledge of the investment solutions that are offered to the firm’s investors. In this role, the Marketing RFP Data Content Analyst will partner with subject matter experts across the firm to create and ensure the accuracy of content provided to industry databases and housed within the firm’s proprietary content management tool.
About The Team
Loomis’ Global Marketing Database Management Team consists of 1 manager and 4 analysts located in the firm’s Boston office. Team members are responsible for covering all strategies and vehicle types offered by the firm. Team members carry out a wide variety of responsibilities that are critical to the firm’s marketing efforts. Responsibilities include the management of industry database updates and content accuracy, providing marketing data solutions, ensuring the integrity of proprietary marketing tool content, and supporting questionnaire completion as well as fact sheet and commentary updates.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Management and Loomis’ parent company, Natixis, by actively ensuring that database narrative and RFP content is current, accurate and consistent.
- Implement content changes to records that are initiated through the RFP process.
- Perform full strategy or topic content review and update content incorporating corporate standards and consistency of voice.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop content for new strategies, vehicles and topics.
- Manage content tool folder structure, record tagging, narrative templates, and record archiving. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain standard RFPs across strategies and firm level topics.
- Work with Compliance to ensure content is legally approved.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Three plus years of experience managing RFP/database content, writing RFPs and/or preparing marketing materials for an investment management firm.
- A bachelor’s degree, relevant work experience and an MBA and/or CFA is a plus.
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel across all departments in the firm to manage content.
- Strong project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the Global Marketing Team.
