In today’s distracted world, great ideas need inspired communications planning to find their audiences. RA Capital is one of the world’s leading investors in biotechnology and planetary health solutions. We’re scientists, innovators and engineers who build and fund companies working on technologies that can transform the world. For over 20 years, we’ve invested in companies that turn breakthrough science into medicines that are now curing millions of people of their diseases - and we are just getting started. We have important stories to tell and news to share and we are building the team to do it.
We're looking for a scrappy Communications Planner to join our team and turbocharge our reach and impact by amplifying RA Capital’s insights, content, and news across paid, organic, and influencer channels. We have important stories to tell and news to share with audiences from the general public to sophisticated investors. What we do is serious, but we have a lot of fun doing it: think culture hacking + media planning + creative audience growth + performance optimization that make the world healthier. The ideal planner will help us uplevel our content distribution, “show up” in surprising and entertaining ways, grow our audiences, fuel stakeholder engagement and help us win hearts and minds as we move the conversation about healthcare into mainstream culture.
We want the American public to be

Our goal is to make biomedical innovation fun, real and personal; bring inspired science to life; and turn the American public into fans through engaging, entertaining and well-placed media, content and experiences. If you have a media mindset that’s up to the challenge, we’d like to hear from you.
