Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analyst/Associate/Vice President to join our TMT trading team in New York City. This individual will work directly with the head TMT trader and be responsible for trading across the sector, including software, semis, internet, media, telecom, and gaming. The ideal candidate will have deep passion for markets and an understanding of trading, as well as strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the trading activities across the TMT sector.
- Monitor market trends and news impacting TMT companies and be well versed in broader market themes and news.
- Provide written color and views on the TMT sector, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and risk teams to optimize trade execution and portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with all trading regulations and internal risk controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-5 years experience in trading (can be buy or sell-side, and does not have to be TMT specific).
- Proficiency in trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, EMSX, Tradeweb) and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and willingness to work hard.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $235,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
