Your Future Team
The Human Resources Associate will join our People Systems & Insights team, and work across all HR functions, supporting initiatives that drive organization, process improvement, data collection, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, high-demand environment, enjoys tackling challenges, and has the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable strategies.
What You’ll Do
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and maintain HR data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to support HR metrics and business insights.
- Partner with HR leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and reporting for decision-making.
Process Improvement & Systems Support
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data workflows.
- Support system enhancements and integrations to optimize HR technology platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems.
- Maintain and update all HR resource pages
Program Management Support
- Assist in coordinating HR programs, including Learning & Development initiatives and Benefits projects.
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure successful execution.
- Support communication and engagement strategies for HR programs, including training sessions and benefits education.
Presentation & Communication
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that synthesize data and insights for leadership.
- Assist in preparing materials for HR initiatives, quarterly reviews, and executive updates.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage centralized HR inquiries and communications to employees
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in HR, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional, visually appealing presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
