Responsibilities
PJT Park Hill, our leading global alternative asset advisory and fundraising business, provides private capital advisory and fundraising services for a diverse range of investment strategies. Moreover, PJT Park Hill is the only group among its peers with top-tier dedicated private equity, alternative credit/hedge fund, real estate and secondary advisory groups.
Our PJT Park Hill Alternative Credit & Hedge Fund team is seeking a mid-level addition to the San Francisco office to work closely with the global Alternative Credit/Hedge Fund business. The successful candidate will be tasked with distribution across the West Coast. They will benefit from covering an extensive list of existing Park Hill relationships, as well as be charged with developing new limited partner relationships. Additional responsibilities include:
- Marketing 10 to 15 products across a variety of strategies including alternative credit, hedge funds and other esoteric strategies (royalties, reinsurance, litigation finance, etc.);
- Identify and prospect new limited partners to support capital raising efforts;
- Provide expert product and market content as a trusted advisor to PJT Park Hill clients;
- Currently possess and further cultivate a deep understanding of private credit, hedge fund and other product offerings as well as the ability to sell consultatively;
- Embrace a culture of collaboration and teamwork;
- Keep meticulous records and work closely with US based project management team and senior partners;
- Understand the differentiated investment processes across our client base, have excellent follow up skills and a proven ability to close commitments.
Qualifications

Expected annualized base salary of $300,000 to $350,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners’ compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
