Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will oversee a small team of recruiters and manage full-cycle recruiting for roles primarily across the Americas region, with potential global requisitions as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is comfortable flexing across time zones to support hiring teams around the world.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to the recruiting team while personally driving end-to-end recruitment for select high-impact roles. You will ensure consistent, high-quality execution of hiring processes, exceptional candidate experiences, and strong, consultative partnerships with hiring leaders. You will also help coach and develop the recruiting team to achieve performance goals and elevate overall team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, providing insights, solutions, and guidance on hiring challenges
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across the Americas and globally, ensuring timely, high-quality hires
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design sourcing strategies, and deliver market insights
- Ensure a consistent, exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, feedback, and transparency
- Leverage data, analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions, identify trends, and continuously optimize recruiting outcomes
- Drive creative sourcing strategies and leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and expand access to diverse, high-quality talent pools
- Drive recruiting team performance through data-driven insights, metrics, and regular reporting on pipeline health and hiring velocity
- Partner with HR, People Operations, and business leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational priorities
- Flex across time zones as needed to support global partners and candidates
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- 1–2+ years of experience managing or leading recruiters, formally or informally
- Confidence to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor
- Proven success recruiting across a range of disciplines (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Product, etc.)
- Strong track record of building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and delivering top-tier candidate experiences
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and in a fast-moving, global environment
