Marketing Development Rep

We’re seeking a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role bridges marketing and sales — helping us turn inbound interest into qualified opportunities and directly influencing revenue growth.

The MDR will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, engaging with inbound leads and website visitors, qualifying their needs, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our sales team. You’ll also assist with lead nurturing and the execution of campaigns designed to generate high-quality pipeline.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-stage sales experience who’s eager to build a career in B2B SaaS or data-driven enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support

Engage promptly with inbound leads from campaigns, content downloads, and website forms

Qualify prospects based on business fit, buying intent, and timing

Schedule discovery calls and demos for the appropriate sales representatives

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM (Salesforce / Pardot)

Website Engagement

Actively engage website visitors via chat to answer product questions and identify qualified opportunities

Recognize high-intent behaviors and drive timely follow-up

Provide feedback to the marketing team on trends, messaging, and conversion opportunities

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

Partner with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead nurture sequences

Support outbound or re-engagement campaigns as needed, ensuring consistency in messaging and data quality

Relay insights from prospect interactions to inform marketing strategy and content development

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (B2B experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident in engaging executive-level prospects

Excellent organization and attention to detail, with experience using CRMs

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn complex products and industries

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
