THE ROLE
The Broker Dealer Services Associate Analyst provides customer service and problem resolution assistance to MFS’ Financial Intermediaries, Insurance Companies, Bank/Trust and Institutional Clients. Supports and is a resource for managers and other MFS departments providing customer service, problem resolution and transaction processing assistance to MFS clients. Key accountabilities for the role include processing a wide variety of transactions and customer requests, performing quality control review of processed items, performing estimate uploads, and reviewing daily reports as assigned by management.
What You Will Do
- Coordinates with internal and external clients on processing, identifying and resolving service issues.
- Utilizes MFSC technological resources to ensure consistent delivery of quality service to client.
- Reviews service issues and suggests solutions according to departmental and company guidelines.
- Accountable for all aspects of workflow, from receipt through processing and quality review.
- Assists management with project plans and enhancements.
- Utilizes available resources to answer and independently resolve problems.
- Monitors department queues and coordinates response.
- Assists in special research and processing projects such as data clean-up as necessary.
- Ensures Internal Control Matrix and procedures are kept up to date.
- Performs additional duties as requested.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 0-1+ years of industry experience.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision, manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Base Salary Range: $48,500.00 - $69,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we’ll pay depending on the candidate’s experience, training and education.
