In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets)
- Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling
- Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements
- Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts
- Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested
- Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations, compensation forecasting)
- Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of consulting, banking, compensation, or corporate finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining ICM and/or SPM systems (Anaplan, Varicent, Xactly, etc.) preferred
- Hedge Fund and investment manager experience preferred
