Your Future Team
The Advisor Products and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go-to-market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bridge innovation and execution to deliver impactful, scalable products that meet client and advisor needs.
What You'll Do
As a Product Analyst focused on Client Agreements, you will act as a relationship manager, facilitator, and strategic partner across departments. You will gather and analyze data, define best practices, and support the development of scalable, efficient workflows that align with regulatory and business needs. You will also play a key role in ensuring seamless integration across Hightower’s platform and third-party tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define strategy, and support the product roadmap.
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high standards and compliance.
- Support project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Maintain internal and external documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable insights and solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; certification in fintech or product management is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory environments, and client onboarding processes.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business impact.
- Proficiency in creating process documentation and reports.
