The Impact You Will Have In This Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify top talent, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage end-to-end recruitment Technology roles (e.g., software engineers, cybersecurity, Data specialists, cloud architects etc,).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage interview processes, provide guidance to hiring teams, and ensure timely feedback.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Stay current on technology trends and competitive market intelligence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT recruiting focused on IT/technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, IT certifications, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Technical recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of IT Recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
