Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Life Insurance Agent at MetLife Investment Management. The role involves providing personalized life insurance solutions to clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customers, and educating them about available insurance policies. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, guiding them through the process of selecting appropriate coverage, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and the ability to guide clients through policy options
- Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage services and processes
- Knowledge of Finance and financial planning principles
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in languages, particularly Arabic and English, is an advantage
