The Global Compensation Team is responsible for all aspects of compensation including program design, strategy, funding, metrics, regulatory compliance, controls, analysis, reporting and tools which provides an outstanding opportunity to advise senior leaders company-wide and globally while collaborating with partners throughout the organization.
We’ll Trust You To
- Analyze compensation data and work closely with management to ensure organization’s compensation plan is competitive and optimized
- Regularly present analyses and findings as well as develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations to senior leadership regarding compensation strategy, policy and communication
- Provide advisory services regarding compensation (e.g., year-end compensation review process, pay for performance, benchmarking)
- Lead special projects by partnering with senior leaders, CFOs and HR to develop and deliver compensation strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partner with other team members in a collaborative environment that requires effective communication, project planning, hitting deliverables and handling expectations
- Develop and strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners and senior leaders
- Work with Engineering, HRIS and Payroll to ensure systems meet needs of compensation
- Understand current and upcoming laws and regulations globally to ensure company compliance
- Work with large data sets from various systems and data sources while ensuring data integrity
- Keep up to date on external market trends and practices with ability to relate them to what we do
You’ll Need To Have
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Compensation and/or Human Capital Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science)
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative data driven solutions that address business needs
- Superior financial modeling skills, with the ability to join large and complex data sets, normalize data, and ensure accuracy through strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of being a subject matter expert, bringing new ideas to solve business challenges as well as developing and leading projects end-to-end
- Strong systems experience: Data Visualization tools (such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead presentations in a clear and concise manner, and adapt approach based on the audience
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tell a story through data
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once, prioritize work, develop and communicate timelines
- Ability to excel at working in fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively with the broader teams
We’d Love To See
- Advanced systems experience: SQL databases, Python, and Workday
- Experience working in a large or highly matrixed organization
Salary Range = 155000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
