JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic solution leader to join our Lending Services division in an onshore role in New York. You will be accelerating the growth engine of our Loan Operations business as an onshore subject matter expert driving new client acquisition
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as an end-to-end partner to our sales team to acquire new clients including preparation of collaterals, participation in customer calls, understanding the client problem statement, provide subject matter expertise and build business case to drive offshoring solutions
- Help in transitioning of new clients from initial pitch, preparation of service delivery proposals, and transition of client processes to offshore
- Act as a consultant to our clients with the objective of driving efficiency, effectiveness and simplification in their Loan Operations and Treasury processes
- Demonstrate aptitude to challenge current processes by understanding the target operating model and suggest solutions to bring efficiencies in the process
- Demonstrate good acumen for creating Sales and Marketing strategies for new business growth
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Use professional concepts in developing resolution to moderately complex issues.
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationship and keep stakeholders (internal and external) informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs and providing solutions
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- 15-20 years’ experience in helping commercial and corporate banks drive transformation within their Loan operation function
- Ability to deliver business growth with reduced risk combining process optimization and digital transformation
- Strong understanding of the Loan operations, Treasury & Cash Management functions of global and regional US Banks
- Exhibit strong relationship with senior stakeholders/ partners globally
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and managing multiple competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management, networking and relationship management skills.

- MBA (Finance); Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt
