Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking an Investor Services Associate & Office Administrator to join the Investor Services team at our Hong Kong office. This individual will report into and act as the right hand to our Managing Director and Head of Business Development, APAC. The ideal candidate will balance client sales support and day‑to‑day office stewardship, helping Graham’s new Hong Kong hub operate smoothly while driving growth in the region. The Hong Kong office is scheduled to open in Q2 or Q3 2026.
Responsibilities
Investor Services / Business Development
- Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Sales Professional covering Asia, assisting in the preparation of analyses for clients and prospects related to our offerings, which include customized portfolio solutions, company assets, product performance and risk characteristics
- Develop firm, product, and industry knowledge to support cross-functional areas of the Investor Relations team, including sales, marketing, client service, and operational efforts
- Assist in preparing analytics, presentations, client materials, RFPs, and DDQs
- Assist with various fund administration deliverables like investor flows reporting
- Update and distribute routine deliverables for client reporting such as performance and risk reporting, factsheets, pitchbooks, and other marketing materials
- Update and maintain data across various internal databases, including CRM updates and maintenance
- Support marketing strategies, campaigns, material distribution, and prospecting
- Assist with the coordination of investor meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with ad hoc client requests and serve as point of contact for investor inquiries and requests, including phone and email inquiries
Office Administration
- Manage, communicate and enforce company policy at the direction of the Director of Office Administration and the Chief Executive Officer
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management, security, and local service providers
- Coordinate complex, multi-destination global travel and manage all related logistics, including visas, hotels, flights, car service/rental cars, conferences bookings, restaurant reservations, etc.
- Process expense reports for the Asia team
- Manage visitor process including scheduling of conference rooms and work areas, technology needs, production of meeting materials, supplies, catering, etc.
- Meet and greet entrants to the office
- Manage incoming calls and transfers
- Assist with onboarding of new hires – desk allocation, IT access, and local compliance paperwork
- Responsible for daily maintenance of office equipment, including copy, coffee, and postage machines
- Manage postal needs of office including distribution of incoming mail and packages, and the coordination of outgoing items
- Work closely with the executive administration team in other locations to ensure consistency of brand and approach, as well as to assist with additional projects as capacity allows
- Manage access to and coordinate usage of offsite amenities building, including meeting and dining space, fitness center, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in Investor Services operations and/or office administration in a financial services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, MAS)
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous records
- Strong team player with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude; comfortable interacting with senior executives and external investors
This role requires commuting into our Hong Kong office Mondays through Fridays.
Compensation
The applicable annual salary to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as a wide array of benefit programs.
