Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for reinsurance software
- Partner with clients, subject matter experts, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
- Create and maintain key BSA deliverables including requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Support data analysis, system design, UAT, and customer training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product innovation
Requirements:
- Strong reinsurance domain expertise, including accounting and treaty structures
- Experience with major reinsurance software platforms
- Working knowledge of quota share, excess of loss, surplus, stop loss, catastrophe, fac, and treaty reiJob Description - Sr. Reinsurance BSA[77]nsurance
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
- Background in P&C insurance or reinsurance
