Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an Operations Specialist for our Denver, CO office. As an Operations Specialist you will coordinate and assist customers with file transmissions and trade issues. You will be responsible for all aspects of DCC&S, and other, trading and trade risk analysis. Are you looking to join a dynamic team? See how you can contribute to our growing company below.
Responsibilities:
You will research and resolve trade reject errors
You will review and approve DCC&S trade files
Build successful relationships with mutual fund companies and various trading partners
Resubmit rejected trades for management to approve
You will work closely with outside branch to load and process incoming trade files
Review overdraft report and submit documentation as needed to the Trust Company
You will confirm NSCC incoming pricing and facilitate exceptions or manual pricing
You will engage with IT Support when needed for file support
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years equivalent experience
Strong social and customer service skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability work in a harmonious environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Ability to multi-task, excellent time management and follow-up skills
Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annual. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligible.
