Regulatory, Accounting & Framework Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of US insurance and relevant offshore domicile frameworks, including NAIC/RBC, Bermuda, statutory accounting, US GAAP, and asset adequacy considerations.
- For US-headquartered insurers that operate internationally, or non-US insurers operating in the US, bring an informed perspective on global insurance frameworks, such as Solvency II, ICS, RBC and IFRS, and understand synergies with US practice.
- Support clients and internal teams by explaining regulatory and accounting implications in a clear, practical, and commercially relevant way.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Operate as a team player, fostering strong collaboration across FTIS, investment teams, distribution, product, and client service teams.

- In time, support the development of a broader insurance solutions team, helping to align priorities and ensure consistent delivery.
