This position is for a front-end financial analyst who focuses on the analysis of new investment opportunities and assists in the closing of new transactions.

Keystone National Group is an opportunistic, yield-driven private markets investment firm. Keystone’s investments emphasize capital preservation, contractual cash flow and hard asset coverage. The firm’s flagship fund, Keystone Private Income Fund (KPIF), originates and executes senior secured private credit investments across three separate verticals: Financial Assets (FA), Leasing and Corporate (LC), and Real Estate (RE).
The Financial Assets team is seeking to add an Investment Analyst or Associate to support underwriting, due diligence, and analysis of new investment opportunities. This position will be based in Dallas, TX and require physical presence in the office in the downtown Dallas area. Note that remote work and H1-B sponsorships are not available options for this role.
Position Overview
General tasks will include:
- Support senior members of the investment team in the analysis, due diligence, and execution of credit originations, including analysis of financial statements, data tapes, and other documents
- Perform detailed modeling including cash flow, proforma projections, valuation, returns analysis, etc.
- Prepare investment memoranda and other written work product.
- Identify and monitor relevant industry trends
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of financing terms and other legal documentation
Candidate Qualities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must possess excellent data manipulation skills), Word and PowerPoint
- Must be comfortable working with large sets of financial data
- Strong accounting/finance knowledge plus familiarity with financial statements
- High integrity and sound judgement
- Motivated self-starter
- Collaborative approach to problem solving; ability to succeed in a team environment
- Well-developed analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or business, PLUS2-3 yearsof experience in a LENDER FINANCE investing or underwriting role within a private credit, banking, investment banking, asset management, or similar firm
- A track record of academic success
