Role Description:
Blackstone is seeking an experienced professional to support various investor relations functions across Blackstone Real Estate’s public and private investment vehicles, including Blackstone Mortgage Trust. The successful candidate will also contribute to competitive analysis, corporate strategy and other key priorities, with responsibilities evolving as platforms and initiatives develop over time.
Responsibilities will include:
- Articulating strategy, financial results, growth opportunities and business initiatives to current and potential shareholders and equity research analysts
- Working closely with senior-level management to develop/ maintain messaging for shareholder communications, as well as to analyze new strategic initiatives and business development opportunities
- Developing and executing shareholder targeting strategies, including identification, cultivation, and maintenance of new and existing relationships
- Coordinating and preparing for shareholder meetings and conferences, including relevant materials
- Managing regular interface with research analysts, including active relationship management, tracking of research reports/ estimates, and dissemination of key takeaways/ intelligence internally
- Partnering with Finance team to prepare and review materials for quarterly earnings
- Tracking key industry developments and prepare materials for senior-level management and Board of Directors
- Assisting as needed with other firm-wide projects and initiatives (examples could include Blackstone Investor Day, preparation for Blackstone conferences and events, other key firmwide initiatives)
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, excel in dynamic, team-based environments, and demonstrate strong judgment. In addition to strong analytical and communication skills, the candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in investor relations, financial analysis or equity research (or comparable)
- Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of the REIT industry preferred
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Highly responsive, organized and detail oriented
- Effectively multi‑tasks, prioritizes competing responsibilities, and manages deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint (inc. financial modeling and complex formula construction)
- Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity

Expected annual base salary range:
$175,000 - $215,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
