Broadridge is seeking a Recruiting Specialist with a focus on Emerging Talent to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring process support while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for early talent development.
Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and candidate tracking
Oversee applicant tracking activities ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process
Support the planning and execution of the summer internship program, including survey coordination, event scheduling, and logistics
Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a strong experience
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs and timelines
Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of recruiting, coordination, or talent acquisition experience (early talent or campus recruiting preferred)
Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles
Experience using ATS and CRM platforms (Workday preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders
Salary Range: $28-$38 USD Hourly Wage
