About the Role:

In addition to fulfilling your standard DRM responsibilities, including maintaining your book of business/MCV and strong relationships with your customers, you will:
oParticipate in call save meetings, strategy and planning
oCo-screen DRM candidates during interview process for your respective team when openings arise
oConduct 1:1s with DRMs, engage with VP, your Director and HR on performance matters and career development, specific skill gap analysis and assessments
oServe as OEM contact for the team, deployment of initiatives, plan for upsells
oParticipate in and assist with Portfolio reviews and forecasting
oPartner with Product and Marketing to remain informed of new industry trends and competition
oLead on product position, knowledge, role plays and set an example of how things should be done across DR
oCreate, maintain and evolve your self- development plan in partnership with your Director (one initiative on an individual basis)
oAssist in setting the agenda for any Director team meetings
oServe as point person when the Director is on vacation, distribute all communication, attend internal necessary meetings, and collaborate with the VP on needed decisions in the Director’s absence.
oWork with Regional DRM and other Directors to set a schedule for areas of help (launches, open DRM positions, leave, etc.)
oEngage with Enablement and Product Marketing to recommend relevant training/collateral, etc. based on industry knowledge and team member assessment
oMake suggestions to the Operations teams for improved Salesforce functionality
oEngagement with Regional Groups/NEAT Team/cancel strategy, implementation strategy, cadence of PW’s for team with these groups
oSupervise and assist Director with newer DRM's, no more than three at a time
oCarry approximately 15-20 accounts depending on region
Criteria:
oMust be in current role for at least a year with consistent positive performance reviews and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
oIdeal candidate has demonstrated success in tasks relevant to the desired role’s responsibilities and goals including:
oAnticipating challenges and implements forward-thinking strategies to drive success
oProven success in leadership and mentorship, effectively guiding high-performing colleagues
oDeveloping strategic recommendations that benefit the customer, product, or team, with successful implementation
oProven knowledge of industry trends, products and competitors with recognition as a leader in positioning Mastermind offerings against the competition
oStrong relationship management skills and ability to identify expansion (upsell) opportunities with Key Decision Makers
oMust have demonstrated active interest in career development with favorable outcomes (i.e. identification of process improvements, committee participation, leading calls, cross-functional collaboration, etc.)
oPossessing strong product knowledge and ability to articulate benefits to customers and instill colleagues with the same expertise
oExperience working cross functionally and collaboratively to enhance customer experience and process improvements
oMust have consistent favorable feedback from colleagues and dealer partners
