Responsibilities
- Assist with the recording and reporting of management company activity.
- Maintain general ledger and record income and expense items.
- Reviewing all invoices, payments, and system entries
- Reviewing all T&E submissions and system entries
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reporting including assisting with the Audit
- Managing a monthly expense allocation process and liaising with fund administrators
- Assist with integrating automation processes that are currently being implemented.
- Assist with recording and consolidating foreign office books and activity
Qualifications
Looking for an individual with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a management company accounting role within the financial services sector. Experience managing other team members also a plus.
Preferred Skills
Proficient in Excel. Great Plains & Concur experience is helpful
The average salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications, and education, and in addition we will also consider internal equity and market data. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case by case basis.
