Private Capital Group/Private Wealth Solutions is seeking a strong well-rounded investor services team player who is both operational and client centric. The role is focused on the support of internal and external stakeholders and client services to Blackstone’s growing investor base, which includes Family Offices, distributors, and some institutional investors. Supporting of senior team members on business development and sales efforts may be required from time to time. Candidates should exhibit strong technical and analytical skills as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be self-motivated and team-oriented individuals with innovative ideas and solutions who thrive on challenge in a dynamic environment with a focus on investor servicing.
Responsibilities
- Client Service:
- Support senior team members with business development efforts and handle operational aspects of the business as needed
- Work with coverage lead on briefing notes for upcoming LP/prospect meetings as well as proposing ideas based on IOI / meeting notes / understanding of LP or prospect
- Manage the efficient onboarding process for all PCG/PWS investors across multiple business units, including assisting with subscription document completion, liaising with legal counsel, clearing AML / KYC requirements.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance, Finance and Investor Relations across business units to ensure daily running of the business.
- Cultivate Limited Partner relationships by responding to a broad range of investor requests including cash flow analysis, audit confirmations, financial statements, as well as processing updates to investor details including wire instructions and authorized parties and signatories, and ad – hoc client requests
- Attend fund launch calls, DD days, fund updates to take notes and become information resource for team
- Marketing Coordinator
- Manage and co-ordinate all marketing materials and data room access including resolving any data room and Salesforce issues.
- Maintain the CRM system of clients and prospects, including managing all relevant communications and invitations.
- Create and distribute quarterly product offering email.
- Responsible for tracking opportunities and booking commitment information to assist in senior management reporting
- Main point of contact for all BU’s & PWS marketing in regards to firm wide events, log and circulate PCG invitees, registrants, and participants
- Assist in maintaining the PCG Client Coverage reporting
- Completing suitability for new clients, monitoring when suitability expires and refreshing
- Ad hoc / Special Projects
- Coordinating with our Technology leads on ICS projects to better streamline processes with our key systems: Salesforce, Tableau, BX Access.
- Assist with strategic initiatives / projects
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish is required
- 1+ years of financial industry and operational experience with a strong understanding of alternatives.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Bachelor’s degree minimum

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $120,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
