As the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing our assisted living and memory care communities across multiple states. Your leadership will ensure we deliver exceptional operational performance and uphold the highest quality of care standards.
- Inspire Excellence: Lead and develop our Executive Director team by setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of loyalty and teamwork.
- Support and Coach: Conduct regular on-site visits to provide mentoring, support, and oversight, helping our leaders to thrive in their roles.
- Cultivate a Rewarding Culture: Create an environment where teamwork, success, and outstanding results are recognized and celebrated.
- Drive Talent Strategies: Collaborate with community leaders to enhance our recruiting, hiring, training, and retention strategies, ensuring we have the right people in place to serve our residents.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality: Work closely with the Regional VP of Wellness to maintain community regulatory compliance while promoting excellence in care delivery.
- Promote Growth: Partner with the Regional VP of Sales to build a vibrant sales culture, achieve sales metrics, and maintain high occupancy levels.
- Optimize Resources: Implement effective expense control measures to maximize efficiency across all communities and regularly analyze financial data to track key performance indicators.
- Uphold Safety Standards: Ensure that we provide a safe working environment by adhering to safety and risk-management protocols.
What You Bring
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior living multi-site management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
