Job Description
The Corporate Services Concierge will be stationed at the main lobby desk of Ares’ new corporate office in Century City and will be responsible for delivering an excellent overall guest experience, commensurate with a top tier financial services firm. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for Ares guests and Ares traveling team members, directing them to their respective floors within the Ares suite.
The Concierge will manage visitor office bookings for all Ares travelers coming to the LA office and will liaise with Ares administrators across offices as needed, managing security access, visitor and new employee badges, lobby level guest experience and coordination with building security. The Concierge will work with the larger Corporate Services team to process incoming packages and deliveries, ensuring that all relevant team members are notified of arrivals. The Concierge will work in tandem with the Facilities team to provide vendor access to the Ares space as needed during business hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct guests
- Provide water or other welcome items as needed
- Manage visitor office/desk bookings for Ares travelers
- Manage visitor and new employee badges (creation, activation, deactivation and quarterly review)
- Provide parking validations (manage physical and e-validations)
- Manage parking passes for all Ares team members
- Regular Auditorium sweeps
- Route vendors and deliveries
- Coordinate vendor access to the Ares space in tandem with the Ares Facilities team
- Be on call for Ares events after-hours to man the security desk and direct event traffic
- Administer the Ares internal security/badge access system
- Act as a member of the Emergency Action Plan team in the event of a building emergency
- Liaise with building management as needed around security matters

- Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player.
- Ability to handle confidential information and VIP clientele appropriately.
- Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently with a welcoming demeanor as part of the Ares guest experience.
- Must be able to think critically and prioritize security while remaining calm.
- Must be able to work on your feet during your shift.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- HS diploma required.
- Reception or building security experience preferred.
- Hotel front desk or host experience valuable.

The anticipated rate for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
$50,000 - $60,000
