ROLE SUMMARY
ClearBridge is seeking an Infrastructure and Support Analyst to join their Technology Team in our New York City Headquarters. This team is expected to provide a broad range of technology support to all users as well as the array of applications that make up our environment. The ideal candidate will work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment and have a passion for impressing users with technology solutions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide technology support to users when they are in person or remote.
- Provide a high level of customer service while supporting the staff in a fast-paced investment Management environment.
- Apply technical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Review periodic systems reports and address issues.
- Provide technology administration such as laptop hardware and software maintenance and user account administration.
- Handle hardware and software upgrades in a Microsoft-based environment.
- Manage mobile devices with enterprise controls.
- Assist in managing audio/visual equipment and provide A/V support for conference rooms.
- Execute ad hoc projects to enhance technology infrastructure.
- Work with your team to migrate ClearBridge technology infrastructure to the public cloud.
QUALIFICATONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years related experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Exemplary interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ownership mentality with focused follow-through.
- Competent using Office 365, workflow tools and portal.
- Support level familiarity with Windows 11.
- Familiarity with SSO and Identity Management
- Market data support experience a plus.
- Able to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Keen problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility for some travel and occasional nights and weekends.

- The salary range for this position is targeted for $80,000 to $115,000 plus discretionary bonus. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience
