Position Overview
Aksia is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to join our Marketing Publications Team. The primary function of this role is to format marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency and high quality across all deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with an excellent aesthetic eye and a keen sense of design and brand building.
This position can be based in any of Aksia’s offices (NY, San Diego, Chicago) or can be a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format visually appealing and professional marketing materials, primarily using PowerPoint, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with the data teams to translate raw data sets into clear and impactful charts and graphs using Excel.
- Ensure all materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all presentations.
- Work with the Advisory team and other internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver high-quality presentation materials that meet their requirements.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in all presentation materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in presentation design and data visualization, and continuously seek ways to improve our processes and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or advisory industry.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Experience with other design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic eye and sense of design. Experience in creating visually appealing and effective presentations.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Aksia provides a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
