Job Description
The Investment Document Processing (“IDP”) Team works in conjunction with other teams across BXMA such as the Legal & Compliance, Investment Operations, Middle Office, Client Services, Guideline Monitoring and Fund Accounting. The IDP team offers analysts the opportunity to liaise with teams across the BXMA platform, and provides an opportunity to manage relationships with our third-party service providers and interact directly with external investment fund managers. As such, analysts assume significant responsibility and integral roles. An Analyst on IDP Team participates in all aspects of the funding process for BXMA’s investment program including custom fund launches and is involved in several ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the processing of trade documents for portfolio directed transactions including commitments, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
Collaborate with and manage third-party custodial service providers involved in trade documentation, consents, annual questionnaires and tax documents.
Assist in-house counsel and investment professionals with the execution of investment transactions across the various platforms.
Collaborate with external counsel and third-party administrators regarding AML/KYC documentation.
Maintain various databases in connection with BXMA’s investment funds and transactions.
Compile ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Oversee offshore teams involved in recurring tasks for the IDP Team.
Develop and implement process guides for the various responsibilities within the IDP Team.
Lead projects and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience.
Solid understanding of fund structures.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills. Able to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands and efficiently handle a large volume of email correspondence.
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
Team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player who collaborates well and builds solid working relationships.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
