The Apollo Human Capital team is responsible for managing HC processes and strategic initiatives which span the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, organization planning, compensation, analytics, immigration, and employee engagement. Responsibilities:
As an Analyst, Human Capital Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders, employees, and other HC professionals to ensure effective people management and organizational success.
Work closely with U.S. HC Business Partners and support their day-to-day execution of critical human capital processes including analytics, culture and engagement, performance, training and development, and employee relations.
Analyze human capital data to ascertain trends and thematic story lines to inform decision making.
Develop, enhance, and maintain business-specific and firm wide presentations and materials, including presentations for town halls, business talent reviews, and human capital analytics as well as onboarding and offboarding materials.
Act as key user of our core HC technology platforms including Workday, Apollo’s internal employee database system.
Assist in managing the Performance Management cycle.
Partner with HCBPs and managers on the year-end compensation process and play an active role in audits and process management.
Work closely with the talent acquisition, talent development, and related Human Capital teams on all elements of the employee experience (e.g., engagement, culture, training, and development, etc.).
Support special projects and bring innovative thinking, creativity, and an analytical mindset to every project.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant work experience in a Human Capital, consulting, or other related experience
Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement
Strong analytical skill set is required
Experience with leveraging data to create clear and concise presentations
Must have advanced working knowledge with Excel, including the ability to perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
Demonstrated ability to take an idea/topic/initiative and develop a thoughtful first draft
Exercises good judgment and operates with the highest level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions and situations
Clearly communicates progress on deliverables and escalates issues in a timely manner
Early demonstration of business acumen and the ability to articulate, at a high level, how the business works and how their role fits into the broader organization
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and roles simultaneously
Strong demonstration of teamwork and collaboration and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Pay Range
85,000-100,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
