Data & System Manager, Private Credit – Remote (North America)

We are seeking a Data & Systems Manager to join the Private Credit group. This individual will own system design and integration; support Finance-Ops, Product, and Deal Teams; and centralize data quality control and processing. The role will be remote based in North America.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Run all data processing workflows and provide data quality control oversight for the Private Credit business.
- Supervise a small team to ensure data accuracy and timeliness in the portfolio management system.
- Assist system development efforts to streamline workflows/processes and enhance data accessibility.
- Perform portfolio returns analysis and cash flow modelling.
- Proactively monitor and ensure the team has in place the necessary controls and procedures to support an efficient investment process.
- Maintain a balanced and healthy workload for the team and ensure quick turnaround to inquiries.
- Develop and maintain open, active and robust partnerships with key internal stakeholders, our clients and service providers. Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, sales, client relations and other internal groups to support their operational and analytical needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent work/training is required
- 7+ years of working experience in financial solutions services and/or finance operations
- Experience in system implementation or project management is preferred
- Expertise of loan administration and reporting systems (Wall Street Office, SentryPM, Black Mountain, etc.)
- Outstanding analytical skills, and quick understanding of business functions and processes
- Ability to be flexible, meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work, while performing with speed and efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration and negotiation skills; able to interact with all levels of staff and management across the organization
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, Query based reporting and data visualizations tools

Salary Range: $115,000-135,000 + bonus + benefits
