About This Role
This product management role will work on Aladdin Wealth Tech’s Enrollment and Servicing pillar, which focuses on onboarding and servicing portfolios for financial advisors, bankers, and other wealth management users. The individual will help advance our product vision in this area, evolve product/market fit, and drive roadmap planning, development, and delivery. This role will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, product marketers, QA, and other product managers. The individual will also provide guidance and support to our business development, implementation, and relationship management teams in their engagements with prospective and live clients.

Key Responsibilities
The Associate Product Management role is ideal for an experienced product manager or technical professional looking to join a high-performance product team. The role responsibilities include:
- Helping set the roadmap for the Enrollment and Servicing product pillar, ensuring the roadmap is aligned to business priorities and making priority tradeoffs among competing opportunities and needs.
- Executing on the roadmap by defining requirements, developing product and technical designs, driving the SDLC to deliver high-quality software. This role works closely and hands-on with designers to develop UX and UI designs, engineers to develop technical solutions, and QA to design and execute test plans.
- Working closely with Product Marketing to articulate value propositions and create client-facing collateral, demo sites, and demo scripts for new features.
- Contributing to innovation in the Product Pillar, including by extracting insights from usage data and user feedback, connecting dots across different product needs and client asks, and tracking competitor capabilities.
- Helping prepare for and participating in BD engagements to pitch to prospective clients and listening with a keen product ear to prospects’ reception of the product.
- Engaging with live clients on our product capabilities to support our implementation and relationship management teams.
- Being an expert in the features within the Pillar and using this expertise in cross-functional solutioning and initiatives.
- Ensuring relevant service desk (bugs, questions, etc) inquiries are addressed efficiently and at high quality by being hands on with troubleshooting that require basic understanding of how features are configured to fit client needs
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of meaningful experience in product management or a hands-on technical role
- While not required, previous experience in wealth management or asset management is a plus
- Ability to and passion for empathizing deeply with users and acting on their behalf
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate internally and externally at a range of seniority levels
