Position Summary
Carlyle's Global Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Carlyle's product capability to the intermediary channel and their clients and provides ongoing product support, as well as education and training around alternatives. As a Senior Analyst on the Product Development team, you will play a crucial role in assisting senior team members throughout the product development lifecycle, and in doing so will work closely with multiple teams across Carlyle. You will contribute to the creation of innovative products that bring Carlyle's broad investment capabilities to the global wealth market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior team members in the design, development, and launch of new products in the global wealth channel.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project progress and align on priorities.
- Maintain documentation of project plans, milestones, and deliverables across various workstreams to help drive stakeholder alignment. Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively within the team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to the team.
- Assist in developing and maintaining presentations representing the Carlyle global wealth product suite.
Requirements
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 7 and 63 preferred
Professional Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in the asset management industry
- Project management experience preferred

- Ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines

Benefits/Compensation
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000.

Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
