Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst will provide direct support to the Central IR team and will be responsible for producing recurring reporting, managing expenses and budgets, coordinating with compliance teams, and collaborating with the executive office on strategic initiatives. The role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, budget oversight, and compliance in IR.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analysis: Lead the production and delivery of recurring reports and analyses for investor relations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Expense & Budget Management: Oversee expense management and budget administration for the investor relations function, including detailed budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Reforecasting: Conduct regular reforecasting of budgets and financials, adjusting for changes in market conditions and organizational strategy.
- Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all investor relations activities and reporting adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Executive Office Collaboration: Partner with the executive office to support coordination and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliverables Management: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all investor relations deliverables, including presentations, reports, and other documentation required by stakeholders.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, working with senior leadership to drive business objectives and improve investor relations processes.
Requirements:
Education & Certificates
- Bachelors degree required
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience or finance, investor relations, or related field required
- Strategic and project management capabilities, coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen.
Competencies & Attributes
- Advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) skills required
- CRM system including DealCloud is preferred
- Organized and practical, can turn high level direction into tasks to execute
- Thoughtful and client-savvy, able to understand nuances of sales / LP lifecycle
- Proactive, can independently identify necessary info or materials for meetings
- Support-oriented, willing to "jump in" and can prepare presentation materials
- Resourceful and collaborative, can leverage resources across the function
- Detail oriented and responsible
Benefits/Compensation
The compensation range for this role is specific to New York and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000.
