Position Summary
Guggenheim Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant to join its HR team reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources. The HR Assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Essential Job Functions
• HR Administrative Support: Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Head of HR including, but not limited to, managing calendars, email inbox, travel arrangements, T&E reports, and preparing and gathering meeting materials• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings for the Head of HR and other stakeholders, HR team meetings, and other HR initiatives such a training event• HR Operational Support: Provide assistance for HR requests and maintain employee personnel files (i.e. processing DocuSign letters, contracts, and other employee agreements• HRIS Support: Support the HR team with Workday administration including onboarding and offboarding of employees, process design, running reports, and other system administration• HR Communications: Draft routine and ad-hoc HR communications, department updates, etc• HR Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to create efficiencies and add value to the HR team. Work with HRBPs to document HR processes and provide recommendations to improve and streamline where necessary• Other duties as assigned and require

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience in similar role; asset management/financial services is a plus• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)• Workday or other HRIS experience strongly preferred• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
Salary Details
Annual base salary between $75,000 and $85,000.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
