Essential Job Functions
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages, dashboards and supplemental schedules
- Create management financial forecasts of AUM, revenue and cash based on actual results and business inputs
- Update monthly financial performance analysis and explanation of key variance drivers
- Support requests for financial information in context of RFPs and DDQs
- Validate, balance and reconcile various kinds of transactions and reports. Analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents
- Produce financial information in support of due diligence processes and executive level decision making
- Accountable for adhering to processes and controls to improve and ensure data integrity and consistency
Workday and Adaptive Analytics Financial Systems
- Promote and develop processes leveraging Workday Finance and Adaptive capabilities for financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Assist in the implementation and testing of ongoing Workday and Adaptive improvements to financial planning and reporting processes, streamlining workflows, and upgrading financial models to support evolving business needs and align with industry best practices
- Track and record monthly journal entries for GAAP to Management departures in Workday
- Partner with the Workday Reporting team to update and develop new reports for FP&A
- Accountable for adhering to processes and controls to improve and ensure data integrity and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective utilization of Workday Finance and Adaptive capabilities
- Accurate and timely preparation of forecasts
- Ability to manage and prioritize
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior asset management or financial services experience
Salary Details
Annual base salary between $90,000 to $100,000.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
