The Team
Enfusion’s Product Management team is responsible for guiding the development of products and services that meet the needs of clients, sets the vision, strategy & execution of the business, as well as across internal departments and stakeholders.
The Role
Enfusion’s Product Management team is looking for an experienced Director of User Experience to lead our efforts in creating a world-class user experience for our digital products.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Establish UX processes, methodologies, and best practices that promote collaboration and innovation across cross-functional teams.
- Implement new design systems that maximize high-quality, user-centric designs and experiences and minimize disruption during transition from old to new.
- Create structure to ensure design thinking and user research at the early stages of design, clear review and governance at the later stages, and ongoing maintenance and updates to keep designs fresh and consistent.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, best practices, and technology to drive innovation and improve user experience.
- Analyze and define competitive benchmarks for both web and mobile user experiences, both within the financial services industry as well as general trends outside the industry.
- Own Enfusion’s design library system and coordinate across development teams to ensure adherence and best practices.
- Create a user experience research process from scratch.
What You’ll Need
- 10+ years of experience in UX, including leadership roles in product design and development required.
- Bachelors Degree Required.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful UX strategies and practices, including both brand new practices as well as strategies to implement enterprise-wide design system changes.
- Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies, including design thinking innovation techniques, generative user research and co-creation, rapid prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners.
- Solid domain knowledge in the financial services industry, and experience working with PMS and OMS Platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands. Skilled at execution as well as ideation.
- Proficient with standard design and development software such as JIRA, Figma, Sketch, Miro.
The salary for this position is $260,000 - $285,000 + bonus + benefits.
- Note: This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
